Boat Trailer slides

Is there any substance u can use on these blue slides to make the ally boat slide off easier. The rollers r free?

How much weight is on the slides?

Should have no weight on the slides, they're to stabilise the boat on the trailer
Mine are set just touch the hull, all the weight is on the keel rollers.

there should be no weight on the slides, but if you must, silicon spray should help.
