    Offshore Cape Moreton - Saturday

Headed out to the Cape for a fish Saturday. Never really fished this area before, so was a good experiment.

Fished Shallow and Deep Tempest along with closer grounds to the Cape. Current was 2.5knts out wide. Was fishable in closer.

Ended day with 4 Snapper, 1 Trev and a Bream. Scored my PB Snapper going 85cms, pretty happy.

I saw one of them too in close in the arvo, right near the Cape. I had a mate out in a Cat, and thought it was him, so cruised over only to discover I made a mistake, so quickly legged it the other way with my tail between my legs(and slightly embarrassed)... I hope this wasn't you!!!!!
