GC Boat Ramps - Wash down?

Hi all.

Just after some info on whether any of the goal coast boat ramps in and around the broadwater have public access taps for a quick outboard rinse? I know the one in Muriel Henchman Drive use to, but it has been a while!

Interesting to see the replies. On the Sunshine Coast they have just upgraded a number of beach showers for swimmers but the council tries it's hardest to prevent boaties is using taps to clean their boats. Rather a little descrimination going on. Also pressure cleaned the Short St ramp a couple of weeks ago but others in the area haven't been done for a couple of years. Don't start me on bicycle rego.

I use Grand Hotel mostly and no taps there. Used to be taps at the spit but they were removed a few years ago. I don't know of any public ramps on the GC where there is water available for wash down and flushing. Pity.
