Be pretty unusual for the ultra conservative Honda upper management to do something like that, Honda would (in my opinion) make a small but significant change, perfect it, use it for years, then change it again, until in the end you would have that shape.

Nah, not enough decals. .Having read the guff on the link, i will believe it when i see it. Concept only at this stage. Lots of feel good statements but little tech info. you can only carry the feel good message so far before people want action..
My guess is they want to see what the reaction to Etec gen 2 is before commiting or they want to dilute etec perceptions. ie its all marketing jibe
