    Howdy yall
    This Thursday and Friday i will be attending training sessions with some of navicos Engineers and head staff.
    if you have any question you would like an answer from the horses mouth. post it here and ill be sure to ask them for you

    When you save user data in a HDI-7 Elite CHIRP, you do it by selecting just one item( track, mark, etc),menu, then hit save to card. There is nothing in the manual that confirms you are actually saving ALL your user data ( track, waypoints, routes) by that single action. I am assuming you do, but...

    was there any info on the new Mercury vessel view link box ?
    pricing? Will they be letting DIY installs ? when will we see that in Australia ..

    Another question:

    When will Navico make and release an adapter cable that allows proper Chirp transducers to be connected to GO7 xse so that XID and temp both work?
    Note to self: Don't argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience....

    VV-link started shipping out in july. you will be able to DIY. it looks to be available only from Merc dealers.

    isnt likley to be a navico thing as more of an airmar thing. word is airmar is releasing new Xsonic XID transducers shortly
