Dolphins at Peel Island

Are the Dolphins at Peel Island there during the week or just when I am there on the weekend?
I was wondering if they were following the trawlers during the week and might leave me alone.
Anyone been fishing evenings at Peel?

There everywere all the time they use to follow the trawlers but there nearly all gone now so they follow you and everyone else.

Paint a big Japanese flag on the bottom of your boat, that should scare the sh1t out of them.

I was going to switch to week nights but it looks like that won't help.
I had one juvenile stand on its tail to look at me last week. very cute.
