1770 report May Day long weekend

Took a couple of the boys up to 1770. In short- perfect conditions, perfect fishing- less than perfect return into port- sandblasted props on the sandbar just before the last green buoy heading out( along with many another boat... )

Fished east of heron and one tree with fish biting from 9-1330 ish. Speared the smaller trout off Sykes/Lamont. Came back and went out in virtually glassed out conditions.

I did Sun - Tuesday in the same area. Never seen it glassed out for 3 days like that. The trip out and back was so quick!
