Honda 30hp controls

Hi , looking at changing my 2004 Honda 30hp to forward controls, can get onto controls from a 20hp 2008 model , old mate saids that all Honda controls are interchangeable , just wondering if anyone knows if that is the case an they will fit ? Cheers

The 20 HP has different plugs at the engine end, no they wont fit/work

Do you know the part number of the one I need? Found another not sure what is of though.There seems to be a few different types on the Honda site , Cheers

24800-ZV5- ??? Any version using these numbers for non electric tilt models
24800-ZW4-??? Any version of these number for electric tilt models
