Nomad trip over Easter Jewell Reef

I had the fortune to get on a last minute deal for a Nomad Sportfishing trip over Easter, so jumped at it! We fished Jewell Reef and the area around Howick Island, both of which are north of the spectacular Lizard island. Whilst the top water action was ok (without being mind blowing) , the whole experience was absolutely brilliant! Having all the comforts of the big mothership and being guided by some of the best in the business, makes for a great trip. The fact that I shared the time with 8 other like minded fishos, was just the icing on the cake.
I would have happily just stayed on the beach at Lizard the whole time, dam that place is beautiful! It's been a long held dream of mine to get there, and it was everything I'd imagined and more. The next phase is to get there in my own trailerboat, but that's a bit down the track...

thanks! I only use an Olympus tough camera, but my 2 rules are take heaps of photos and pick out the best, and always use the flash!
