tings at rouse
I had my bag limit by 9am today at rouse, average size nothing to brag about, it was windy though, I used my para anchor....all whiting caught on squid
mate out there forgot his para and stayed out after I left as he didn't have his limit
interesting to note that the green beacon at the western entrance to the rouse is missing, just the pole sticking up, could be dangerous of a night on a high tide, or any tide for that matter
cheers

Well done Robin, I was wondering what size boat and outboard you are using.

Re: tings at rouse
bazza, I have a 4-8 metre savage ranger, boat I brought new in 2005
at the time it had a 60hp merc on, 3 year ago I upgraded to a 70 4stroke Yamaha
you do see a fair few 12ft tinnies out there at times, what do you have Bazza?

Re: tings at rouse
Yes I have a 4.2 ally with 40 Yamaha I have been to the Rous once.
Broke some bones at the Pine River Aust. day weekend.
Will be out of action for another 2 and a half weeks.
I will try the Rous when I am in better condition.
