Land based soft plastic fishing at high tide?

So I really feel like fishing on Monday, but low tide at Brighton Le sands beach is at 5:52am and I just wouldn't be able to get there early enough (public transport etc) I know low tide works for me, I walk up to the sand bar and chuck out plastics into the drop off, but since low tide is impossible for me to get to the beach that early, will high tide just be as good? If anyone is bit farm ilia with that beach, it's more of a bay, but like a beachy bay if that makes sense, further up the beach there are a few rock walls which might be a good option if I can't throw my plastics out far enough, but from what I know, flathead tend to come in close in high tide right?

I've inserted two pictures of what BLS looks like, so you have an idea.

I'm thinking of going 2 hour before high tide, and high tide is at about 12:15pm that day. Do you think I'll have any luck?

    Cheers,
    Justin.

I have found that the flathead move into the shallows with the incoming tide. Have caught them practically at my feet before.
Best way to see how the high tide fishes is to get out there and try.
