Stanage bay tide forecasts for 2016?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a site for tide forecasts for September next year?

The closest areas I can find are Rosslyn Bay and Hay Point and there is a lot of variation in the size of the tides between the two.

According to Navionics, the closest tide reading is at Osborne Island, 23km from Stanage.

Sep 1 2016 starts with a 5.47m high at 10.16am, low of 0.44m at 4.19pm, high again of 6.04m at 10.33pm.
