Nice map Rob
[QUOTE=Lucky_Phill;1620784]Despite the photo of damaged prop elsewhere in cyber-forums, the issue is only depth.
The siltation is sand.
In my experience and what I will do the first time out on Friday or saturday... will be to travel close to the sand bar on the port side after passing Monument Point... then cut in front of the green buoy as close as possible.
map attached. DO NOT USE THE MAP TO NAVIGATE.
I will however take advice from the VMR and Haydn.
Hi Phil,
That is rough
I think you'll find the green is much closer to the rocks.
I'll post a more accurate pic for reference only as I don;'t want to be responsible for anyone grounding
Nice map Rob
OK attached.
This is how it was 3 odd weeks ago and may have changed since.
You should be fine with 1.3 meter plus tides at the bar as long as it's not blowing like all hell!!!!!
As always- use common sense and stay safe.

Thanks Rob
Am going up for a fish this weekend and just realised the m&g kicks off at the same time.
Have you guys got anything organised for Monday night?
If so we mite book a night in the caravan park or sleep another night in the boat and come say hello.
Nothing specific for Monday night...... if the weather is good we'll be about 70's offshore.
Other than that.......... Friday night ( 9th ) is tavern night.......... you won't miss us
cheers

I seriously doubt whether we'll make the tavern before closing time but we'll be at the servo when it opens on Saturday and will hopefully be through the bar before it gets to low for a few days out fishing.
saturday not looking good for us.. around 19 knots and 2mtrs of sea... ?

Yep, I always use 3 sources.
BoM, Buoyweather and willy or4 seabreeze.
Buoyweather seems to be pretty spot on for me.
