    Noosa - winter so far

Been getting a few fish in close lately. Early morning and late arvo sessions have seen squire, pearl perch, parrot, lipper and cod hitting the deck, along with the odd unstoppable catching me off guard. Floating pillies have accounted for most of the fish, bar the pearlies which have fallen to plastics and okta jigs. As things slow up during the middle of the day, i've been gathering a few livies (which have been in plague proportions of late) and venturing out a little deeper, targeting trout around the pinnacles and drop-offs. Along with plenty of frustrating bust-offs and a few big cod, we managed to get a few trout, with a couple in the 4-5kg range.
    cheers Nat

    Cheers, Doug.
Love to use Preditek or Kingfisher lures or Viva Lures when I am out fishing.
