    Offshore gladstone

My second youngest boy lives and works in Gladstone after escaping from Rockampton lol, he loves his fishing and this trip with 2 mates was 110 klm offshore in glassy conditions, biggest fish was a 1.3 metre black kingfish, most were caught in 50-60 metres of water..
The red emperor are top eating fish..lucky fella and I don't think he will be moving back to Brisbane any time soon..

    Well done mate
    Cheers, Doug.
Love to use Preditek or Kingfisher lures or Viva Lures when I am out fishing.

Nice haul and great conditions. Maybe a bit too nice of a haul though ;-). The 1.2 m cobias can be a ton of fun and give the forearms a good work out.
