    Platypus Bay report

Myself and my two sons, Jake and Max, met up with Geoff, my brother, at 3 am sunday morning at Coopers Plains, picked up boat. Arrived at urangan boat ramp at 7 am. Got to fishing grounds near rooney's at 8 am.
Chasing longtail, it took us a while to locate them but when we did we didn't know how we missed them. They were thick. We got out first one in the boat in no time, probably around 6-8 kilo mark. We boated another two. We were sharked between 15-18 times. Without doubt one of the best sessions on the tuna, at one time we had a quadruple hook up.
Packed up around 1.00pm. Loaded the boat around 2.30pm at nudgee boat ramp at 5.45pm to clean the fish. Dropped off boat and home at 7.30pm. Huge day and buggered now but totally worth it.
