Cant complain about that Tony, nice feed.
Juna, Norm, a first time offshore fisherman & I went wide expecting good current & yep, we found it!
Had to move around a bit to find slower run, & started pulling some good tusks to 42cm.
Norm did well for a first time, pulling an AJ, the maori & some tusks.
I pulled a 5ft shark from 75m, about 10 minutes worth of pain, but Norm couldn't understand why we didn't pull him onboard to extract the ganged 7766's from his chomps???
Not a great return, but an enjoyable day & good to get Norm onto some fish.
Sorry about the delay in getting the report done, but we have been without email & internet since Saturday & have just got it back now.
Talk about a 3rd world country!!
Tony
Cant complain about that Tony, nice feed.
Thats a great looking feed if you ask me, tuskies are awesome eating. That shark has a massive dorsal, any idea what type? Ben
I thought it was a whaler of some sort Ben, but wouldn't really know.
Watched him come up, & he just sat there totally spread eagled, causing huge drag.
Then he saw the boat...............
Holy crap!!!!
Well done on the catch Tony, sorry meant to say Juna
How was it out there Sunday?
well done tony, you get outfished again mate
Seriously you pair of girls, I didn't tell anyone Juna out fished me again, so how did you find out........
Well done old man...cheers for the post.
The shark is a Sandbar Shark. Heaps of them school during the day in the blue, then come close to shore at night to feed, especially in the tropics. They fight hard from boat and land.
Great report, mate.

Hi Tony, Nice feed there, was it running out in the 90 to 100m stuff around the mud, Craig
There's a nice selection of fish there Tony. Well done mate.
Cheers, Doug.
Love to use Preditek or Kingfisher lures or Viva Lures when I am out fishing.
Further north Craig, about 75-80m
