High winds in Moreton Bay, how does it effect dams

Looking at the 20/30 knot winds predicted this week in Moreton Bay, how would fishing on inland waters like Moogerah or Maroon Dam go? Would it still blow us away?

Moogerah will be pretty rough in 30 know winds. Areas out of the wind will be pretty rough due to about 30 ski boats trying to stay out of the wind. You should be OK up past the trees. Similar story for Maroon.

Dad reckons fishing is 10% brains and 95% muscle, the rest is just good luck.
