Removing Pectoral fins

Not long ago someone mentioned removing the pectoral fins so I thought I'd psot a clip of how we do it. There's a good feed in the bigger fish and it's not hard once you know how.

I think he's talking about removing the "wings" as we call them - the muscle that works the pectoral fin, not the fin itself, and cooking and eating them. Best flesh on a fish, except maybe the cheeks.
