Old Yellow Fin

Hi folks, My first post.
I recently purchased a 1983 Yellow Fin Plate boat, I think it's what they called the 5700.
Looks like everything is still original, and in reasonable condition.
What I'm after is any information regarding this model, (Google was not my friend) as i'm about to restore/upgrade and get out to do some fishing in it.
Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

It came with a 1996 135 Mercury, currently getting stripped down.
Going to keep it on as Mechanic gave it the thumbs up.
If I went with a newer motor I would end up with transoms height issues, to many dollars.

was gunna say they had 120hp v4 on them, well alot of them did anyway, so the 135hp should be fine! i cam so close to buying one out of coffs near 12 months ago now was a cuddy but had custom/after market hard top set up with twin rig was a bit busted up but considered the project! not many around so you'll have yourself a descent set up
