From memory, the Scarbie reef will consist of reef balls due to its shallow waters. It will be spread over a large area. It will be located due south of the existing and well known Scarborough Reef. I will see if I can dig up more details, but I am restricted in the info I am allowed to release to the public prior to the Govt doing their medai release.
