    PWC Marlin fishing

The freezer's full since the mackeral arrived on the sunny coast mid December, so I'm planning to target Blacks for the next month. Went looking around Youtube to see how to do it from a ski, and I found this clip.

This guy's got guts. (more than me)

Would be nice to wander into Mooloolaba harbour with some billfish flags flying on the back of the ski.
It wouldn't be impossible to solo grab smaller billfish by the bill and hand tag. Has anybody had any experience doing it on a ski? Getting it close to the ski wouldn't be the hard bit; managing it at the ski is where it'd get tricky.

    cheers,
    Paul

There is a guy on the coffs coast called Grant Ashwell that has been successfully targeting and landing marlin from a kayak for a few years now. He has already landed numerous fish this season. Check the yak fishing forums for his posts, they really are quite amazing.
