    Goldcoast offshore 2/11

    Heading out wide from the seaway early Sat morn! Who else is going to be out? Still got the Aussie flag from 1770 on, so say Hi if you see me in a hardtop Yalta Craft.

    hi mate , mite go for a troll along the 36 or 50 fathom line if I can find a parking spot at the ramp.

    looking OK. still looking for a kingy spot to straighten the arms out a bit. cheers. rob...

    any tips?

    No tips sorry man. I'm heading out to the 50s for the same purpose, to learn!

    Winds: ENE 3 to 4 knots

    Afternoon
    Light winds with a slight chop. Small long period swell.
    Seas: E 0.8 meters at 12 seconds
    Winds: NE 10 to 13 knots

    Morning


    Light and variable winds with smooth seas. Small long period swell.
    Seas: E 0.5 meters at 13 seconds
    Winds: NNE 3 to 4 knots



    Afternoon


    Breezy whitecapping conditions with moderate choppy seas. Small long period swell.
    Seas: E 0.6 meters at 13 seconds
    Winds: NNE 11 to 15 knots
