My partner and I went down to Proserpine river the other day because people have been catching King Threadfin salmon...Threw my line out and and straight away had a bite but it was only a little bream. I threw out again and wasn't getting anything so I put fixed the rod up and put it down for and sat and enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view, All of a sudden my line took off and I brought in this very nice king Threadfin Salmon, My first ever one so I was pretty pleased and Within an hour my partner had also brought one in.
