Moreton Island Eastern Beach Conditions??

Gday all,

Has anyone been camping over on the Eastern side of Moreton lately?? Just wondering what the beach conditions are like, I would imagine that a few camp sites have disappeared with all the erosion that’s been happening of late.
I normally turn right from Middle road and head south to a few sites down that way but will be a bit of a lucky dip me thinks.

We were over there for fishing comp I think at the end of August. Everything was ok but I still got bogged once. We travelled just about right around the island with out any problems. All campsites were acessable from the lighthouse to the bottom of the island. I would not try travelling any where on high tide.
