Prosepine Dam and River

Hi I am heading up to the Prosepine Dam where we are going to stay in a Donga for a week and hopefully tangle with some barra before moving on to the Prossy River for a fish. Just wanted to know how the area is currently fishing or any advise from people in the know in regards to areas to fish, good lures or plastics etc.
