laying new line on baitcaster reel?

Hi guy's, putting new braid on my calais and spooled some backing on after the braid ran out, you know to fill the spool and was wondering, will I now have a problem when I take the line off onto another reel then put it back on the calais, I will be taking the line off the baitcaster, on to a spin reel then back on the calais, will the lay of the line on the spin reel be different to the baitcaster . Bit long winded cheers

It's easier to use a cordless drill with an 8mm bolt through the spool that the line came on if you want to strip the line off again. I do it fairly often to remove 20lb Braid and replace it with 50lb and then swap it back again. Always keep you old Fireline spools, they are the best for this.
If you use a spinning/threadline reel, you will introduce some line twist.
