Reef fin fish closures

We folks it is nearly that time of year again just a reminder of the dates Coral reef fin fish closure dates for 2013 are midnight 1 October to midnight 6 October 2013, and midnight 30 October to midnight 4 November 2013.

Hard to say off that but is the Swains in the area affected??

Yea mate, swains is also in there. I punched the lat/longs of a couple of the points of the south eastern edge into google earth... Red line is the edge, see attached.
