Hi folks just wondering if anyone has had any luck with any summer whiting around tin can bay area I was hoping to get a few soon I haven't tried there before so any info would be greatly appreciated cheers.
Mate up the straights are the go. Heaps up there. Fish the run in tide from dead low. Night time is a must and fish right up in the shallows over yabbie banks. Best on the big tides around full moon. The more stirred up the water is the better and our best catches come with a north wind blowing as it gets the food stirred up and they seem to be a lot less timid.
