    Burrum Heads - Hervey Bay

    Hey guys,

I’m going to Burrum Heads in early October, have a 4.5m centre console and are wondering where are the best reefs to fish in close. I understand "8 Mile Reef" fishes well however was wondering if anyone knows of any other reefs closer in to the entrance?

Also what fish to expect in the bay in early October….?????

    Appreciate any feedback, cheers!

Do an internet search for gps marks of the area. The artificial should not be out of your reach if the weather is good. Search some of Scott Mitchell's reports on here to whet your appetite.
