Hey mate, could you give us a few pointers on rigs and speed for the Hoo and Y-fin, I've been unsuccessful in those species so far. The Mack tuna and Spanish seem to beat them to the hooks every time... Tough gig. Hahaha.
    Cheers.

Here a pic of one of the spanish Nick and I got while out on Saturday arvo/night. Was really nice weather but unfortunately a lot of sharks around. We did manage to hook a few spanish though and landed a couple (well Nick did).

Got bricked a couple of times by ooglies but did manage to turn a 82cm gold spot. Week ahead looks like perfect weather too! Might be feeling a bit sick sometime during the week with weather like this..

You did well landing that gold spot Richard, i stuffed up a knot with the first Mack and dropped it, don't know what I was thinking about but it wasn't knot tying, spewing! Made up for it but 3 would have been nice. Reds around but not playing the game..at all!

Might try and get out this weekend if the wind stays down.

Did an overnighter last night. Bit of rain to start with but hardly any wind. Fishing was a bit slow but we still managed a few

Cheers Mark, yeah you can't see all the Jacks underneath but that spot is full of Jacks and Dark-tail Seaperch. They seem to hang around together. That's the biggest one I've seen though.
