Always good when you get a winter one...
Hi guys, a winter jack is a special feeling, but to crack 50 in winter is extra special. Must be the global warming or something, but theres been a few warm days last week, so I got into it on the Burrum river. This 52cm model fell for a pike fillet.

Good work champ, I also got another jack yesterday and two more were dropped at the boat. All these floods and the fish have bounced back better than ever. Should be a cracker of a summer.
Nice one gecko, pretty warm down here at the moment so might be worth an exploratory fish the next day or 2. Ben
