Thought I would share the new Fly Rod

Over on the Saltwater Fly Fishing Forum a group of fisho's got together with the guys at Hard Core Element to put together a rod that pays homage to the Scott Heliplay, what HCE came up with is the 6wt, 6'9inch Tropical Twig. Its a sweet little piece of kit and only 10 were made in homage to the Scott rod.

    Here is a pic.

I would not mind having a go at fluff chucking one day, a bit of a twist to soft plastics.

    Nice rod Dave.
Giffo , if you were that keen you should have spoken up at the straddy M&G. I had a 6 and a 9wt in the boat.....come to think of it, it's still there - must rescue from the boat and put back in the house.....
