Extension to have your say on proposed changes to recreational fishing rules
Minister for Primary Industries, Katrina Hodgkinson has granted a one month extension on submissions on proposed changes to recreational fishing rules in NSW, including bag and size limits.
The NSW Government understands the importance of consultation and is granting recreational fishing stakeholders additional time to provide feedback.
The discussion paper is on public exhibition until Saturday, August 31.
Discussion papers and submission forms are available at most bait and tackle shops and fisheries offices throughout NSW.
Copies of the paper can be found online at www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/reviews/fishingrules.
It is easy to make a submission on the various options via the online submission form or by post, email or fax.
