Greg...I catch, put in sea water, scale in bag, then put in esky that has 2 x frozen 5 litre containers with sea water, so icy cold, and firm to fillet when I get home.....that is if not weekday and I run out of time to fillet, then I will leave in icy water till next day............now that you have sold your boat and only have the jetski, you don't have the space to do that
