Living the dream, Barry
I thought it was your head Macca !
Is this going to happen this year?
i hope so.

If anyone wants to organise one the by all means go ahead. I will not be having anything to do with promoting any Ausfish activities after the actions of certain overzealous moderators resulted in the life bans to many of the main participants of these events.

I'll organise it. Now...... Where is the spit that breaks seas?
Cheers

Is ####### doing a trip up there?
Wow. Do they really blank out words they don't like?
That should fix their problems.
It is highly possible that the blanket blanks will head up there again this November

I'm looking at doing Breaksea on the weekend 3/4th Jan if anyone wants to tag along. I will be in a 580 Cruise Craft. Not looking for crew, but if you want to bring your rig up, go for it.

I'm keen to be involved
The Hervey Bay game fishing club comp is on the 7-8th Nov weekend (usually around 15-25 boats), and another group of anglers may be going up on the 14/15th Nov weekend (maybe 15-20 boats?), I will be hopefully going last weekend in October, first weekend in November in my little tub as this is when my RDO's are and the billies will be my main target for some great fun... weather dependant of course... so if you are planning a run, this information my assist with your date choices... If it were up to me, I would have the boat fuelled and when ever the forecast suited to fish the spit/cape, I'd be going up there. If I hear of any reports from the spit grounds, I will post them up to give an idea when the marlin arrive in this area... Cheers Kev.
Thanks Kev... and I suppose a few aerial shots of the " spit " would come in handy
I am sure I'll be up that way around the 14th..... but as you said, weather dependant.
ReBait is always fueled ready for a quickie.....
cheers LP
