We heard you on the radio but it was so busy most of the time we didn't want to tie it up chatting. We didn't do as well as most other Ausfishers today.
In other words, the bait grounds didnt fire???

The refined country gentlemen will be attending. Given it is in the big smoke and all, we have arranged our chauffeur to take us across as we are not use to all this traffic.

What have you got the update interval set at?
I have not found Raymarine systems to be 'slow'

    27th is locked in

I am unsure and will need to look at it BUT I find the GPS doesn't follow me closely and instead draws vectors that move and then my track ends up being vey zig zaggy, it does sound like I need to up the update.....what do you have yours set at?

    Cheers

The 27th hey, interesting. My boat arrives on the 19th but I dought I'll have it ready to launch by then. So where is this M&G being held exactly, GPS marks please.

It's most likely set on auto, which will give you a reasonable position fix and long track
I run the track update on time interval, 5 sec if trolling or travelling and not needing a "precise" track. When bottom fishing I run at 2 sec for a more accurate track, this shortens your track length though.
Can also set your interval by distance if that's more suitable
You'll find it in the chart setup menu.

Can have a play with it on the M&G if you like

Now I have a boat that you can overnight in I might just be there as well, we could well have a ceremonial deflowering of "Muddy Feet" or unmasking whichever the crowd see fit. It will after all be after the State of Origin decider.

I'm getting a few things done to my boat atm but she should be back on the water by then. I was going to go camping with the kids at their footy club but I recon they will have more fun at south straddy.
