    Trolling for snapper

Have been out a few arvos last week trying my luck trolling for some snapper.Had up to 7 strikes in a session but have been only lucky enough to pull 1 each arvo. But as you can see there is some reasonable size to them.Have been trolling two hardbodies with a mixture of depth ranges from around 15-20feet.also caught a squid and a nice cod.

Yeah mate we will be there weather permitting, got a couple of more trips planned up north bottom bashing before than. Got some 8kg setups and a heap of tags so we can actually call up what we caught this time.

Beautiful catch there. Never thought about trolling for snapper.

What depth water were you in?? Couldn't have been too deep I'd think, but obviously very effective.

    Great report & pics

Not looking good will need a downrigger to hold the lures in the water
