List of handy GPS marks
heya--
I have been searching for GPS marks on the great intranets! I've come across some handy sites for GPS marks for which I thought I'd share. Be nice if you have a link to some marks to add to this topic. I hope it helps those finding new areas to sound around.
Here are the links I've found for Sunny QLD...
- http://www.bcf.com.au/gps-marks/qld.aspx
- http://www.fishnet.com.au/information/gps.html
- http://www.diveoz.com.au/directory_w...ks.asp?state=2
The dive site I found really good for locating the GPS locations for wrecks.

Julian it's found here --> http://www.ausfish.com.au/vforum/for...p?96-GPS-Marks
We've all been telling members to search the WWW for gps marks and it goes to show how many you can find if you put the effort in to find them. Sure you won't find spot X's but they give you a starting point.
Best of luck,

Thanks Wags! All you ever need is a rough starting point in a new area. My first time off the GC I followed a few charter boats around then sounded for my own reef when I found the right place to start sounding.

Oh.. you need a higher membership level to view that page. I'm only bronze atm. Is it worth upgrading?

err....in my opinion....no. but don't let one member sway you. If a member asks nicely they may receive some starter marks via pm. general marks are sometimes displayed.
