Did a bit of testing on a test rod. Thought I might share and get some opinions with everyone.
The left side wrap was done with Red Metallic, Orange and Black ProWrap thread, then 3 coats of finish and a Black overwrap. The right side was done with a combination of ProWrap Black & White Tiger thread and orange and black again as the under wrap and a black over wrap. The right side doesn't move as much as the left section but it does give an interesting pattern I think. It seems that the Tiger thread breaks up the spiral pattern and so the holographic effect doesn't work as well.
