Okay I checked out the James River Bridge, she is on her way to Suez and will arrive there on the 4th Aug. So she has left Malaysia/Indo. I checked out the Triumph and there is a swag of similarly named ships all in that area, so will have to be specific with the name or the IMO. I also checked all the shipping schedules for AAT, DP World, Patrick and no Triumph in the berthing schedules. AAT would be the one to keep an eye on, DP World would be the next choice.
All the Triumph named ships in that part of the world were not destined for Aust. This is not to say one of them is the target. For example Triumph Posiedon, Triumph Ace, AsiaTriumph, Helio Triumph and lots more. I can keep an eye out for you if you wish. Jim

Surely I wasn't the only one that could see this coming given all the posts on here and the statutory demand that was in effect a few weeks ago and the due process's they go down when one is not met?

Just about anyone can instigate a section 459 to wind up a company. Doesnt mean jackshit. I think the statutory min amount is $2000. We had some poxy crane hire mob issue one on us for a disputed invoice just to give them some leverage to wrap up quickly due to the bad name given through the industry when all the bean counters get their email alerts - quite a shock wave.

Best of luck Ric - should be good to get.

Ric, is your trailer still coming?? I have the 'Triumph' due to berth on 18th August at AAT, berth 1 at this stage. Give or take delays.
I hope everything pans out for you. Jim

I have been given the 8th of august as arrival date for triumph which leisure freight said they have confirmation the trailer was on. 8th is a thursday- so based on their info of two days for clearance/transport etc i should pick up on the 12th of august.

I would be waiting at the gate to collect it myself and not let anyone else go there with this situation unfolding.
