interesting discussion over at swellnet re this. The desal plant plus the already highly salty water of the gulf plus dodge tide effect coupled with the direction of the current running up and around the gulf then down by Radelaide was the view last time i checked a few weeks back. Not good. Interesting to read about the algae and chlorophyl as well.
