These are some photos of a trailer a mate of mine has constructed.
It started out as a motorcycle trailer.
The only existing original parts on it now are the trailer frame and axle.
The trailer can be used to transport a boat or motorcycle.
The centre u-channel with the boat rollers attached can be removed so the trailer can be used to transport a motorbike/s.
This also allows for more space to load gear onto & safely secure it.
The frame for the roof top tent is from an old trampoline.
The large awning on the side can be rolled out to 5 metres.
There is a smaller awning on the opposite side.
It has fuel, water & gas cradles + fire extinguisher.
Tool boxes have boat bung drain plugs.
12 volt sockets are contained within the toolbox above the cooking/work area.
Several methods of connecting 12 volt power are wired into the trailer.
A can crusher is attached to enable easier disposal of empties.
As you can see by the pictures it has numerous other modifications.
The boat launches better than the original boat trailer that was purchased with the boat.
