40 Barra and a 60cm Bass...

spent 3 days chasing barra this week and managed 40 Barra over a couple of days and a big fat 60cm Bass that inhaled a Transam Wont bore you with tonnes of pics but here are a few! Monduran escapee's Still fish being caught in the dam also!

Agree with you Ray, the one in the photo looks like a good size.

Maybe worth a weekender up there fishing below the dam

Sorry Ray was measured by a guy that was towing a boat past as I pulled it out, he had a mat in his boat and I had nothing to measure it, But You have my word it was 60cm, doubters will just have to doubt I guess My brother was there and witnessed it so I wasnt dreaming
Still fish there to be caught for those planning a visit, but be warned... The water has been dropping fast everyday and with it the action... There has been a line up of blokes everyday so be quick for a spot! Had a look the other morning, was 8 people there for the morning and 2 barra landed both under 50cm....just a heads up

Nice work Rob. I have been getting into them downstream abit. Best bass to date there is 54, so the 60 would have been spectacular. Well done.

Mate im sure you could fish in a pothole on the side of the road and still bring home a feed...nice work.
