    Just watched the video. Pair of fools. Should never have been out in those conditions in a small boat like that. They got swamped and had to swim to one of the bridge pylons on the bridge to Redcliffe. Another fisho say them and rang the police. They were rescued by the water police and they were laughing about it when they got of the boat.
    Remember to always log on before heading offshore.

    The story says that 2 Redcliffe fishermen were involved. Doesn't say if they live there or were visitors.
    Remember to always log on before heading offshore.

    'Hit by a freak wave" bullsh.. again. Need to call a spade a spade - piss poor seamanship by the skipper to put the boat and crew at risk in those conditions. Good to hear they were rescued and hope they learned something from it.

    Freak wave pffft! it gets rough as guts out there due to being so shallow and exposed.
    these little tinnies have been out there just about every day lately in those shithouse conditions. Im surprised there havent been more of em end up that way, These guys are lucky they werent a bit further north and swept onto the wells
