Picked it up today. Nice. Really enjoy the info regarding fuel use etc. Never had a car tell me that type of stuff before.

Test drove the Colorado auto today, wasnt totally convinced as felt like the Patrol auto, will test drive the manual... also today test drove the Landy 70, gave me a big smile, chalk and cheese but $ ..

delivery times seemed to be 4-8 weeks on the Colorado, but understand from dealer that if ordered and paid for this month should be right for the 3 years free service if delivered later. Havent made mind up whether Colorado or Landy

Had 2 phone calls from dealer yesterday.

    Out of his hands... apparently.

Holden themselves will call me with a delivery date and an apology.

Proposed date.......... " End of the month " !

I did ask which month !

I went back through emails etc and it appears it was 14th Feb the order was placed.

So it appears that to todays date, I have been waiting 71 days.

Maybe you should qualify for their current free servicing deal Phil with delivery in April?

    Thanks but no thanks Mike.

I have experienced a Dealers " servicing " and they could not PAY ME to utilize that service.

Nor do I want their Roadside assist.

I have an idea for something usefull though.

Tell you want your money back as you've picked up another vehicle from a Ford dealership as their delivery date was quicker.

I suggest this will be a world record.

Order vehicle from Australias major manufacturer and might get delivery over 100 days later.

Where are you Mr Guiness World Records. ?????

Yep, I waited about the same for my Ranger and didnt want anything else. Glad I waited. Ordered April, deliver Nov. Wildtraks are out to 12 Months plus now. Autos rare as hens teeth but plenty of manuals around now.

See what the new Hilux offers when this lease runs out in a few years or maybe Ford will restart F150s - love a Raptor !!!

Raptor... yes... looks OK, but have you checked out the tow and payloads... ??

Thing is, if I wanted a simple dual cab, it would have been in the driveway within a month.
