It is almost beyond comprehension that they are planning to do to Port Alma/Fitzroy river delta and Keppel Bay, what they have done to Gladstone/Port Curtis
Now they have mutant toads to deal with -

Bloody hell dredging again.
I have worked on many Tier 1 projects and know how important it is to look like your doing the right thing in terms of environment and safety. What what actually happens and what is perceived are 2 different things. There is a lot of big $$ associated with this project, do you think they would stop and change they way they do things for the sake of some fish and local fishermen?

It'll be all over in a few years. A temporary set back at most. The environment will return to a safe marine habitat once it's all over. Nothing to have grave concerns about. I think the fishermen need to be compensated though.
