Plenty Of Bass At Maroon Dam

Hi Guys
We just spent the weekend fishing Maroon Dam.
There was plenty of Bass there this weekend to play around with.
My boat ended up with around 100 BASS,1 Yella and 7 Tandanus for the weekend.
The wind picked up Saturday when a storm hit and made it hard to fish but we still managed a good lot of fish.
Sunday it blew a gale and the fish we were on were right out in the open so we put up with it and caught about 40 Bass in that session.
All in all it was a great weekend with plenty of action even though most of the Bass were small averaging around the 32-35cm.

You did well and a mixed bag at that.

Did you use lures or worms for yellowbelly? I'm not clued up as to what Bass would take / prefer.

Will catch up some time.

Good to see that dam is still fishing well I haven't fished there for years.Anyway top effort on getting some good number of fish well done.

Bondy most were caught on live shrimp fishing around the timber but we did get a few on lures.
