do they make one to hook onto the battery instead of a recharge 20 minutes wouldnt last long at night

?????? Dunno mate, but i did buy a similar one (Blue light) from BCF for around $100 and it's quite good. It runs off a cigorette plug.

Yes Bob, thats the one. I've found it to be really good. backed over it with the box trailer once and had to replace the switch but everything else is great. the only half worry i had with it was that the cord is not very long, but i just installed a new 12V socket right next to my seat. Zac.
