    Dead fish every where

Fish the upper reaches of the brissy river early Sat Morning . (FROM Lowood upwards)
Only caught 2 Bass for the morning approx 38cm , which was a bit ordinary compared to previous trips .
One thing I did notices & am concerned about was a large qty of dead & dying catfish in the water ( around the sewerage treatment plant area & downstream from same )
Did ant one else see this occurrence & or is there a number to ring to report such large numbers of dead fish ?

Id call the local council (good luck) and the department of fisheries.
That's really weird, must be the chemicals coming out from the treatment plant hence why I said the council. They'd love to make some money in fines...Strange how its only catfish though?

    Re: Dead fish every where

Report in the Q.T suggest that dead fish were tested & found to have White Spot disease , which cat fish are apparently very susceptible to . Testing on water found no issues .

It has been going on for a while and there have been volunteers as well as paid council officers removing them and filling bins.
